EUROPEAN OAK FINGER JOINTED PANELS
Full thickness European Oak strips ranging in length 200mm-600mm, finger jointed for length before edge-gluing together to produce the panel Usually ordered in 35mm-60mm individual stave width.
- THICKNESS : 18mm, 20mm, 27mm, 38mm, 41mm Others by arrangement
- SPECIAL SIZES : All panels made to order up to maximum 6000x1210mm
- STANDARD FINISH : Calibrated with 80 or 120 grit
- TOLERANCES : Length/width: +3mm,-3mm Thickness: +0.5mm, -0.5mm Others by arrangement
- FACE OR BACK GRADES : A / B / C / Rustic Other grading by arrangement
- BOND QUALITY : D3
- MOISTURE CONTENT : 8-10%
EUROPEAN OAK Vertical grain panelS
The panel is constructed from European oak strips that are rotated 90 degrees and vertically arranged ,with the narrow edge of each strip exposed on the panel surface. The strips are then edged-glued together to form a solid laminated wood panel. The strips are width of 18 or 20mm wide.
- THICKNESS :27mm-45mm
- STANDARD WIDTH/LENGTH : Width:300-1200mm Length:600-2000mm

- FACE OR BACK GRADES : A / B
- BOND QUALITY : D3
- MOISTURE CONTENT : 8-10%
EUROPEAN OAK End-Grain Butcher Block PanelS
The panel is constructed from short solid wood pieces that are finger-jointed end-to-end to form continuous strips. The strips are then rotated 90 degrees and vertically arranged with the end grain exposed on the panel surface, before being edge-glued together to form a solid wood panel.
- THICKNESS :35mm-45mm Others by arrangement
- STANDARD WIDTH/LENGTH : Width:600-1100mm Length:600-2000mm
